We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Protocol Earth Operations.

Returns Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at operations@protocolearth.com.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items Final sale items and opened survival/safety gear are not eligible for return.
